About

ESTEBAN ROYBAL, DRUM LESSONS SEATTLE

Private drum lessons at The Drum Lab Music School in Seattle center on valuing every musician and learning style, appreciating what each musician brings to the table and their distinct drumming goals.

PHILOSOPHY

No two drummers are the same or have the same journey. Whether you are just starting out, or you’ve been drumming for 30 years, I respect you as a peer hoping to advance your skills.

I am grateful to all of my students, who challenge me to think about drumming concepts in new creative ways that make me a better teacher and drummer.

EXPERIENCE

I trained with Dan Bukvich at the Lionel Hampton School of Music and the late worldclass clinician Garey Williams.

My communications degree and work as a special needs therapist have informed my teaching style, which is customized learning for each student.

The Drum Lab is the fusion of my two passions: music and teaching. I get to play electrifying shows most weekends and fill my weeks teaching amazing students.
